Patricia Comcowich Via

Patricia Comcowich Via is an experienced professional specializing in human resources and compensation analysis. Currently serving as a Compensation Analyst at Alterra Mountain Company since October 2022, Patricia previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at Beaver Run Resort & Conference Center for a short tenure in 2022. Prior to that, Patricia worked as an HR Benefit Manager at Breckenridge Grand Vacations from 2015 to 2022. Patricia's diverse career also includes co-owning Leomyka Art Gallery and working as a Sous Chef at Dillon Dam Brewery. Patricia founded and operated Via Rivera Rabbit Farm from 1998 to 2003. Educationally, Patricia holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Colorado State University Global and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management from Colorado Mountain College.
