Stephanie Valle is a seasoned payroll and HR professional with extensive experience in implementing payroll systems and improving operational efficiencies. Currently serving as a Senior Payroll Specialist at Alterra Mountain Company since April 2023, Stephanie previously worked at Alight Solutions from June 2018 to April 2023 as an HR Delivery Specialist, where responsibilities included testing payroll systems, validating data, and managing payroll for over 25,000 employees using Workday. Additional experience includes holding positions as Secretary of Texas HBSA, Store Management Intern at Macy's, and Student Ambassador for the Student Activity Center at the University of Texas at Austin. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas McCombs School of Business, with a concentration in Consulting and Change Management and a Global Management Certificate, complemented by education at Prague University of Economics and Business.
