Linnaea Bongiorni

Linnaea Bongiorni is an experienced property manager and entrepreneur with a diverse background in property management, business operations, and customer service. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Alterra Property Group since May 2023, Linnaea previously managed Heinz Lofts for the same company from April 2017 to May 2023. As Owner of Ducky's Car Wash since October 2006, Linnaea oversees daily operations, customer relations, and inventory management. Linnaea's prior experience includes roles as Business Manager at Lincoln Property Company, where financial performance of a 266-unit multifamily community was maximized, and as Executive Team Lead at Target, focusing on team motivation and customer experience. A BA in Communication with a focus on Public Relations was earned from Bethany College in 2001.
