Kari Shipe has work experience in various roles within the healthcare industry. Kari started their career in 2012 as a Teachers Aide at Kennedy Krieger Institute. From 2013 to 2016, they worked as an A&G Investigator at Riverside Health, Inc. Kari then moved on to University of Maryland Medical System Health Plans, where they worked as a Quality Improvement Specialist from 2016 to 2020. Kari later joined CareFirst BlueCross BlueShield as a Quality Improvement Specialist from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they are employed as a Health Coordinator at Alterwood Health Management, Inc.
Kari Shipe completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Psychology at Villa Julie College from 2002 to 2006.
