Melissa Allaband

Melissa Allaband has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Their most recent position is as VP of Operations & Program Management at Altesa BioSciences, Inc., which they began in March 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Antios Therapeutics as Vice President of Operations from August 2022 to February 2023, and as Senior Director of Program Management from July 2021 to August 2022. Melissa also served as the Senior Director of Project Management at PMnow from August 2019 to July 2021. In the past, Melissa held positions at Melinta Therapeutics, including Director of Commercial Operations & Strategic Alliances from October 2018 to August 2019, Director of Program Management from April 2018 to October 2018, and Associate Director of Project Management from January 2014 to March 2018. Prior to these roles, they worked as a Project Manager at Quest Diagnostics Clinical Trials - Biomarker Lab and Cenomed BioSciences in 2009. Melissa began their career as a Scientist at Irvine Pharmaceutical Services in 2008 and as a Research Associate II at CMC Icos Biologics from 2006 to 2008. Melissa also worked as a Research Chemist at Bend Research from 2003 to 2005.
