P.eng. Cal Kveder

Cal Kveder, P.Eng. has a diverse work experience in various engineering and managerial roles. Cal started their career as a Jr. Mechanical Engineer at Jacobs Engineering in 2006. Cal then joined Exchanger Industries in 2007, where they served as an Engineering & Sales representative until 2011. Following that, they worked at KNM Process Equipment Inc as the Manager of Business Development from 2012 to 2013. Afterwards, they joined Exchanger Industries again as the Business Development Manager from 2013 to 2015. Currently, Cal holds the position of Vice President of Commercial Operations at Altex Industries Inc, where they started off as the Manager of Commercial Operations in 2018.

Cal Kveder, P.Eng. completed a Mini-MBA Series Program Certificate, Cycles I, II, and III at McGill University - Desautels Faculty of Management from 2020 to 2021. Prior to that, Cal obtained a B.Eng. in Mechanical Engineering from Lakehead University, where they studied from 2004 to 2006. Before their undergraduate degree, Cal earned a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering Technology from the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology (SAIT), which they completed from 2000 to 2004.

In addition to their formal education, Cal has obtained several certifications. This includes the HTRI Xchanger Suite Essentials Workshop from HTRI in June 2013, the HTRI - Advanced Xist Workshop from HTRI in July 2010, and the HTRI - Condensers Workshop from HTRI in April 2009. Cal has also obtained their P.Eng. designation from The Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of Alberta (APEGA).
