Yulia Melkova

Yulia Melkova has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Yulia started their career in 2005 as a Leading Consultant for Staff Search and Selection at DOPOMOGA GROUP, where they worked until 2008. Subsequently, they joined OKEY Ukraine as a Department Head for Personnel Management for a brief period. In 2009, they returned to DOPOMOGA GROUP, this time as a Project Manager and continued in this role until 2012.

In 2013, Yulia joined MTS Ukraine as an HR Business Partner and remained with the company until 2015. Yulia then joined EPAM Systems, where they held various HR positions. From 2015 to 2018, they served as an HR Business Partner Team Lead, responsible for managing the HR team. In 2018, they briefly worked as an HR Program Manager before being promoted to HR Business Partner Team Lead again, a position they held until July 2019.

Most recently, Yulia Melkova joined AltexSoft in July 2019 as the HR Director.

Yulia Melkova's education history includes the following:

From 1993 to 1998, they attended Kharkiv Pedagogical University named after G.S. Skovoroda, where they obtained a Specialist degree in Biology and Chemistry.

Between 1999 and 2002, they pursued their doctoral studies at Kharkiv Institute of Animal Husbandry of the Ukrainian Academy of Agrarian Sciences (UAAS), specializing in Genetics.

In addition to their formal education, Yulia Melkova also obtained a certification in "Human Resources: Using Metrics to Drive HR Strategy" from Lynda.com in March 2018.
