Marco De Liguoro Di Presicce is the Group General Counsel at Althea Group. Marco has previously worked as the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs for Emerging Markets & Japan at LivaNova from October 2015 to March 2017, and as the Director of Corporate Legal Affairs, Intercontinental at Sorin S.p.A from June 2009 to October 2015.

Di Presicce is responsible for all legal matters at Althea Group. Marco provides advice on a wide range of legal issues, including corporate law, M&A, and compliance. Marco also manages all legal contracts and agreements for the company.

Di Presicce has extensive experience in working with international partners and managing cross-border litigation. Marco was responsible for the implementation of Sorin's compliance program in the Intercontinental area, and they played an active role in developing the 2012 Sorin Code of Conduct. Marco is also a member of the Heart Valve Senior Leadership Team and of various boards of Sorin Group subsidiaries.

Marco is also certified from the Court of Appeals of Rome in Italian Bar, the Third Judicial Department in New York State Bar, and the Bankruptcy Division of the Civil Court of Rome as a Trustee in Bankruptcy.
