James Medley

James Medley has extensive experience in the regulatory affairs field. James is currently serving as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Althera since June 2021. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal at Massanutten Consulting Services, LLC since August 2012. James has also worked as a Principal Consultant at PharmaLex US (formerly PharmaLex Development Services, LLC) starting from May 2017. In addition, they served as a Senior Regulatory Consultant at Pharmaceutical Advisors LLC from May 2014. Furthermore, they worked as the Head of Regulatory Affairs (Acting) at Innocoll from August 2020 to May 2021. James Medley has also held the position of Vice President of Scientific and Regulatory Affairs at Camargo Pharmaceutical Services from July 2016 to March 2017, and as a Principal Consultant at PA Consulting Group from July 2015 to July 2016. James has also worked as the Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Valeant Pharmaceuticals from October 2010 to March 2012. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at Biovail Technologies from August 2009 to October 2010. James'searlier experiences include working as the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance at Ikano Therapeutics, Inc. from March 2008 to August 2009.

James Medley obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from Wofford College between 1972 and 1976. James then pursued further education at Louisiana State University, where they completed their PhD in Chemistry, specializing in Inorganic Chemistry, from 1976 to 1981.
