Tatiana Ciciola

Tatiana Ciciola has extensive experience in recruitment and human resources management, serving as Recruiting Manager and Head of the Bologna office at Alti Profili Gruppo Umana SpA since October 2003. In this role, Tatiana is responsible for overseeing internal recruitment processes for the group as well as managing the full selection process for client companies, which includes defining job descriptions, selecting recruitment channels, conducting screenings, and facilitating interviews. Prior to this, Tatiana worked at Vodafone Omnitel from April 2003 to October 2003, where responsibilities included administrative and managerial tasks for a call center with 800 employees, handling aspects such as compensation, contracts, evaluations, training, and recruitment. Tatiana holds a degree in Lettere e Filosofia from the Università degli Studi 'Gabriele d'Annunzio' and completed a diploma at the Istituto Magistrale di Casacalenda.
