Working in a team which manages global projects, you will be part of a dynamic group of people who are motivated to deliver quality products, services & support from the first point of Client interaction.

Managing both internal and external stakeholders, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, delivery orientated and energetic who can represent the business and ensure projects are delivered, whilst being supported by your manager and wider leadership team to achieve your potential and career goals.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Act as the focal point for communication between the customer and Altia

  • Meet with customers to develop and maintain good working relationships and contacts from the start and throughout projects.

  • Engage with internal & external stakeholders to identify, assess and mitigate risks to ensure an effective project delivery

  • Facilitate internal teams’ ability to determine the requirements for resources within projects.

  • Manage the timely delivery of service to the customer to agreed quality standards against the implementation timescales and/or contract requirements, in conjunction with other departments within Altia.

  • Identify and manage variations to project or contract scope through formal Change Control.

  • Manage the financial accuracy of the project, working with technology and Finance to determine pricing accuracy for delivery & highlighting risks of overspend when necessary

  • Report and summarise project progress to the customer and within the Altia Management structure.

  • From time to time, support new tender opportunities by providing Project Management responses.

Security Responsibilities:

  • To identify, seek clarification and comply with those legislative requirements and parts of the published security policies that are applicable to the role and activities.
  • To secure data, passwords, documents, physical areas and property that you own, manage or have access to.
  • To report observed potential and actual security breaches.
  • To complete the mandatory online training each quarter.

Fire, Health & Safety Responsibilities:

  • To understand, seek clarification and comply with the published Health and Safety Policy and any notified changes.
  • To report potential Health and Safety risks and actual incidents or accidents.

Quality Responsibilities:

  • To follow the documented quality procedures
  • To identify system failures and improvement opportunities.
