Ann Nordahl has a diverse work experience with roles in various industries. Ann started their career as a Consultant at Going Global, Inc. in 2012 and again in 2013, where they provided consulting and advisory services for the company. Ann then worked as an Intern at the International Chamber of Commerce, assisting the Corporate Responsibility and Anti-corruption Commission. In 2013, Ann worked as a Research Assistant at the American University of Paris before interning at BIAC - Business and Industry advisory committee to the OECD, where they worked on policy issues and liaised between business and government.

Ann then joined Fabricom AS in 2013, where they held the roles of Executive Assistant and Commercial Coordinator. As Executive Assistant, they managed social media and was a member of the strategic communication and ethics team, leading rebranding efforts. As Commercial Coordinator, Ann was responsible for managing client tenders and restructuring organizational frame-agreements.

In 2017, Ann joined Stavanger Forum as a Researcher and later became the Marketing Manager. In these roles, they conducted research and managed marketing activities for the company.

In 2019, Ann joined K30 as a Project Manager and later became the Acting CEO. Ann successfully managed projects and took on leadership responsibilities during their time at K30.

In 2020, Ann joined Veni as a Project Manager, where they continued to demonstrate their project management skills.

Ann's most recent work experience is with Altibox, where they currently work as a Project Manager, starting in 2023.

Ann Nordahl holds a Master's Degree of International Affairs in International Relations and Affairs from The American University of Paris, which they obtained from 2012 to 2013. Prior to that, they pursued International politics at Montclair State University from 2010 to 2011. Ann also holds a Bachelor of Development Studies in Research and Development Management, which they earned from the University of Agder (UiA) between 2008 and 2011.
