Lotte Svalland Sande has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lotte started their career at Jærbaker'n as a store employee, responsible for sales and inventory management. Later, they worked at GE Money Bank as a customer service representative, handling inquiries, loan applications, and selling bank products. Lotte also gained experience as an exchange student at the University of Wollongong.
After their time at the bank, Lotte joined Subsea 7 as a project administrator, providing administrative support to the project team. Lotte played a role in the development of project routines and systems and managed travel bookings and meetings. Additionally, they worked as an offshore personnel logistic coordinator, ensuring the participation of the correct personnel in project meetings.
Lotte then transitioned to Lyse Dialog AS as a customer consultant representative, where they were responsible for addressing customer inquiries and providing high-quality service and product consulting. Lotte also had a technical role, proactively troubleshooting issues with customers' TV services and providing input for improving mishandling programs.
Most recently, Lotte worked at Altibox AS as a service engineer, providing second-line support to customers experiencing problems with TV or broadband services. Lotte contributed to the improvement of the mishandling program and assigned problems that could affect customers.
Throughout their career, Lotte has demonstrated their ability to handle diverse roles and responsibilities effectively, with a focus on customer service and administrative support.
Lotte Svalland Sande started their education in 2005 at Randaberg Secondary School, where they completed their Allmennefag degree. After finishing their secondary education, from 2008 to 2011, they attended the University of Stavanger. During this period, they acquired a Bachelor's degree in Travel Management.
