Paulo Firmeza

Paulo Firmeza is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership roles within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Currently serving as General Manager and Director of Digital and Innovation Strategy at Altice Labs since January 2020, Paulo also holds the position of Chairman of the Board and CEO at Open Labs SA, a subsidiary of Altice Labs in Brazil. Additional leadership roles include Vice President of the Board at IEP, Board Member at EISA and Altice Portugal, and Chairman at Energy Labs. Previously, Paulo was CEO of Open Labs - Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento and held key positions at Oi/Telemar and Portugal Telecom. Educational qualifications include an Advanced Management Program from IESE Business School and advanced degrees in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering from Universidade de Aveiro.
