Denise Donovan-Santiago

Denise Donovan-Santiago is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Senior Director of Human Resources, Employee Relations & OMS at Optimum, with a concurrent role as Director of Employee Relations at Altice USA since November 2014. Prior to these positions, Denise held various roles including Human Resources Manager at Cablevision, where responsibilities transitioned to Altice following the acquisition, District Human Resources Manager at The Home Depot, and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at BJ's Wholesale Club.
