Kalyan Sury

Kalyan Sury is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in software development and eCommerce systems. Currently serving as Director of Software Development at Altice USA since May 2022, Kalyan spearheads the redesign of the Omni-Channel experience and drives digital transformation initiatives for telecom systems. Prior roles include Senior Manager at Amtrak, where Kalyan was responsible for critical eCommerce systems generating over 80% of ticketing revenues, and positions at Sears Holdings Corporation, including Principal Software Engineer, where Kalyan led the Loyalty Rewards team. Kalyan began a career at Infosys, contributing as a Technology Architect and Consultant for various projects. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Information Technology Management from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Madras and Sriram Engineering College.
