Sharon Nowak

Sharon Nowak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in portfolio and project management. Currently serving as the Director of the Portfolio and Project Management Office at Altice USA since 2022, Sharon has successfully built and supported the Strategic Program Office using SAFe® | Agile methodologies and has implemented a robust portfolio management framework. Prior to this role, Sharon was the Director of the Product PMO at Altice USA and held senior management positions at Charter Communications, where oversight included establishing project management standards and leading complex enterprise-wide programs. Sharon's career began at Cablevision, where leadership involved refining video service products for millions of customers. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from Briarcliffe College.
