Adam Caplan

Adam Caplan currently serves as the President of Digital Business and AI at Altimetrik, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this, Adam spent over a decade at Salesforce, where roles included Senior Vice President for Salesforce AI, where Adam was instrumental in launching GenAI Products and leading the Go to Market team for AI, and chairing the GenAI Advisory Board. Adam also held the dual role of Senior Vice President for Emerging Technology and General Manager for Web3, focusing on blockchain and metaverse solutions. Before Salesforce, Adam founded Model Metrics, a mobile and design firm acquired by Salesforce in 2011, and held various leadership positions at Universal Access, Vosges Haut-Chocolat, Bain & Company, and SmithKline Beecham. Adam earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a B.S. in Economics from The Wharton School.
