Badhrinath Kannan

Badhrinath Kannan has over 20 years of work experience in various leadership roles in the technology and financial industry. Badhrinath began their career at Tata Steel as an Assistant Manager and Business Area Coordinator, responsible for IT services. Badhrinath then worked at Cognizant Technology Solutions as an Associate for a short period before joining Infosys. At Infosys, they held multiple roles in program management, portfolio management, and account and relationship management. Badhrinath also worked as a Technical Project Manager and Application Architect, where they oversaw the architecture and design of global corporate and commercial card products. Kannan then joined Polaris Financial Technology Limited as Vice President of Engineering Delivery, leading the delivery and P&L for multiple critical accounts in Singapore and Australia. After that, they worked as an Associate Vice President at Financial Software & Systems, where they led software development teams for efficient and high-quality delivery. Currently, they are the Head of Solutions and Research at Altimetrik, responsible for creating client transformation roadmaps, leading pre-sales globally, and evangelizing digital approaches.

Badhrinath Kannan attended Vidya Mandir for High School and completed their education in 1992. After that, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 1992 to 1996.
