Krishna Muniramaiah

Krishna Muniramaiah has over 20 years of work experience in human resources. Krishna currently serves as the Head of Human Resources - Asia Pacific at Altimetrik, a position they have held since May 2020. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Global NTT from November 2018 to May 2020. Before that, Krishna had a long tenure at IBM, where they held various roles including HR@IBM Leader - APAC, LA, and India, Associate Director Human Resources, General Manager Talent Acquisition, and Deputy General Manager Human Resources. Krishna also worked at Mainstay Teleservices Pvt Ltd as an Assistant Manager and at AXA as a Team Lead. Throughout their career, Krishna has demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition, learning and development, and driving operational excellence in HR.

Krishna Muniramaiah has a Bachelor of Science degree from Bangalore University, which was attained from 1993 to 1996. Krishna also completed an Executive Leadership Program from Ecornell between 2012 and 2013. In 2019, Krishna pursued a Postgraduate Certificate in Senior Leadership Program (PGCSL) from XLRI Jamshedpur, specializing in Organizational Leadership. Krishna also has additional certifications as an Earning Advocacy Practitioner from IBM in 2018 and AGILE certification.
