Pooja Anurag is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in digital transformation, client experience, and marketing across various industries. Currently serving as Partner in Innovation & Industry Engagement at Altimetrik since January 2020, Pooja previously held leadership positions at Xenium Digital Pvt Ltd, Larsen & Toubro Infotech Ltd, and Capgemini, where significant achievements included establishing LTI's Digital Experience Center and building a Client Experience team. Earlier roles at ICICI Bank, Gulf Bank, and airtel focused on enhancing customer loyalty and sales strategies. Pooja holds an Executive Education Program certificate from the Indian Institute of Management Bangalore and has a PGDBM in Marketing and a Bachelor of Science degree.
