At Wipro Limited, Purna progressed through various roles, including Head of Global TA Operations, Assistant Manager, and Manager. Purna's career also includes a role as Associate Human Resources Business Partner at eSoft Consulting Ltd and as Business HR for IBM Smarter Workforce (Kenexa) in the APAC region.
