And as Altis did grow, its core ethos developed out of this family foundation. ‘Connecting with Courage, Heart, and Insight’ became the central framework for how Altis operated. In simple terms, it meant a commitment to our team, our clients and our community. Our drive came from building lasting relationships, sharing responsibility and reaching goals together.
