Dany SIMON possesses extensive experience in human resources and training, currently serving as Responsable recrutement et formation at Altitude Infrastructure since November 2018, alongside a twelve-month HR internship. Prior roles include Monitrice Pain Viennoiseries Pâtisserie at Carrefour Proximité DR Nord, where responsibilities encompassed store organization, team management, and economic analysis.
