Rick Reysen

Rick Reysen is a seasoned operations and continuous improvement leader with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as Senior Continuous Improvement Manager at Altium Packaging, Rick drives the Continuous Improvement Process across nine operations, achieving notable advancements in safety, quality, productivity, and cost reduction. Previously, Rick held key positions including Director of Operations/Manufacturing at Balboa Water Group, where lean manufacturing was introduced, and Vice President of Operations at Tomkins Industries, where a lean business culture was initiated across multiple manufacturing plants. Rick's earlier roles at Ingersoll Rand, Lennox International, and Sanden Vendo America focused on operational efficiency and business turnaround strategies. Rick holds a BS in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Ohio University and an Executive MBA from California State University, Monterey Bay.
