Jonathan Ward

Jonathan Ward is the Executive Vice President at Altius Building Company. Prior to this role, Jonathan served as Vice President at J. Jeffers and Company, Development Project Manager at Cardinal Capital Management Inc, and Development Project Manager at Wangard Partners, Inc. Jonathan has a strong background in finance, development, and real estate, with experience in analyzing feasibility, financial modeling, due diligence, and securing financing for various projects. Jonathan also has experience in asset management, auditing, leasing, and city planning. Jonathan holds a BA in Public Administration and City Planning from Grand Valley State University and a MSPPM in Public Policy & Management, Urban Development from Carnegie Mellon University.
