Stephane Pichon has had a long and successful career in the industrial engineering and manufacturing industry. Stephane began their career in 1990 with SNECMA, where they held various roles such as Responsable Achat/Qualité North America, Advanced Purchasing Coordination Manager for GE90/CF6-80 Program, CFM56-5C System Engineering Manager, Production Engine Test Manager, and Repair Engine Test Manager. In 2005, they moved to Safran Nacelles and took on roles such as General Manager Aircelle Services Americas, Responsable JV, Purchasing Manager (Raw Material Composites/Metallics - Fastener - Consummables), and Quality Director. In 2016, they joined Hexcel Corporation as Sales & Marketing Director Morocco, where they developed sales and marketing activities, consolidated the Engineered Core customer offer, set up the CSR department, and recovered the Safran confidence for the Engineered Core Activity. In 2019, they moved to GROUPE ADF as Operation Director Germany/UK, where they were responsible for setting up budgets, steering business development, reorganizing the German subsidiary, managing EN9100 certification renewal, and coordinating international cost-cutting actions. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Altix Consulting as a Partner - France, where they help small and middle-market industrial companies compete globally.

Stephane Pichon attended Ecole Supérieure des Techniques Aéronautiques et de Construction Automobile from 1985 to 1988, where they earned an Ingénieur degree in Aéronautique.
