Bruce Dahlgren

Bruce Dahlgren has been an advisor at Altizon Systems since July 2020. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer of Xpress Retail from August 2019 to July 2020. During their time at Xpress Retail, Bruce reversed revenue and profit decline with new sales efforts and expanding customer base. Bruce also improved cash position by reworking contracts and establishing new supplier relationships and partner ecosystem. In addition, Bruce secured private equity funding to enable growth plans and technology upgrades.

Before Xpress Retail, Bruce Dahlgren was the EVP and Chief Revenue Officer at Kony, Inc. from June 2017 to May 2019. At Kony, Bruce was instrumental in accelerating new customer, renewal, and ad-on service revenues, culminating in growth of more than twice the industry rate while enhancing profitability. Bruce also spearheaded a new go-to-market strategy to complement Kony’s development platform with omni-channel applications and digital transformation solutions. In addition, Bruce refocused the organization to target specific industries with an outcome-oriented approach, dramatically reducing sales cycle time and improving win rate. As a result of their efforts, Kony generated top- and bottom-line momentum critical to the successful sale of Kony to Temenos for $580 million.

Prior to Kony, Bruce Dahlgren served as the Chief Revenue Officer at Scienaptic AI from 2016 to 2017 and as the President of Global Sales at TVS Motor Company from 2014 to 2016.

Bruce Dahlgren has a BBA and MBA from Stetson University, and they have also completed an executive education program at The Wharton School.
