Kelley Burnett serves as the Vice President of Operations and Portfolio Manager at altLINE by The Southern Bank since June 2017, following recruitment from the acquired American Factors portfolio. Key achievements include facilitating the integration of a $6.5 million portfolio with 100% client retention, managing a portfolio of over 70 clients with funds deployed between $10 million and $15 million, and maintaining credit losses below 1%. Burnett has transformed portfolio management into a paperless system, introduced credit insurance, and actively participates in loan approvals and IT infrastructure decisions. Prior experience includes a leadership role at American Factors, where Burnett expanded the factoring portfolio from $1.8 million to $12 million and implemented cost-saving measures. Kelley Burnett holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Texas A&M University.
