Jim Krantz is an experienced marketing and customer relationship management professional with a strong background in digital marketing strategies and brand development. Currently serving as the Director of CRM at Altman Solon since July 2021, Jim is responsible for the strategic design and maintenance of CRM capabilities across the Americas, Europe, and APAC. Prior to this role, Jim held the position of Global Digital CRM Manager at Philips, where strategies for acquiring and retaining customers were developed and executed globally.
