Jola Pielachowska

Jola Pielachowska is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Human Resources Director at ALTO since May 2022. Prior to this role, Jola spent over 16 years at EY, where Jola held positions as a Menedżer ds. Rozwoju Pracowników and HR Business Partner, managing HR operations for large departments and overseeing career development processes. Earlier in the career, Jola worked as an HR Associate at Honda Motor Europe Limited and as a Recruitment Consultant at Job Center. Jola holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Management from SGH Warsaw School of Economics and has completed coaching certification from ICC in 2010.
