Benjamin Hulburt is currently the CEO and Managing Partner of Alto Financial Group, a firm specializing in financial advisory and insurance services for government personnel. Prior to this, Benjamin was the President and CEO of Eclipse Resources and Rex Energy Corporation, where Benjamin played a key role in the successful growth and development of both companies. Hulburt's background includes a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Penn State University and experience serving in the U.S. Army as a Captain.
