Sandy Hierro

Sandy Hierro is a seasoned culinary professional currently serving as a Corporate Executive Sous Chef at Alto-Shaam, Inc. since November 2023. Prior to this role, Sandy held various positions including Sous Chef at Ozaukee Country Club from December 2022 to November 2023, and Sous Chef at Lupi & Iris from April 2022 to April 2023. Sandy also garnered experience as an Executive Sous Chef at Blue Mount Golf and Country Club from September 2015 to April 2023 and began a culinary career as a Hot Line Cook at the same venue. Earlier experience includes working as a Cook at JW Marriott from 2013 to 2015. Sandy is an alumnus of Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in Miami.
