Braden also holds roles as the Treasurer of the Altogether employee resource group and the Lead of the PROUD LGBTQIA+ resource group, driving initiatives in diversity, equity, and inclusion. With a background as a Senior Technical Recruiter and Manager in various organizations, including Checkr, Microsoft, and Stripe, Braden has extensive experience in recruiting top talent across multiple sectors. As a founder of Crummms, Braden is engaged in innovative staffing solutions. Braden holds dual bachelor's degrees in English Literature and Business Management from Suffolk University and a Real Estate License from the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
