Arwin Aban

Arwin Aban is a mission-driven communications leader and lab manager with extensive experience in the fields of nonprofit work, research, and development. Currently serving as a Board Member at Hope in Every Box Foundation since August 2025, Arwin excels in strategic storytelling and stakeholder engagement to elevate visibility and strengthen donor relationships. At Altos Labs, since October 2022, Arwin manages daily lab operations, including employee onboarding and equipment maintenance. With over 20 years of expertise as a Principal Research Associate at ActivX Biosciences, Arwin specializes in mass spectrometry and proteomics, coupled with leadership skills from previous roles at Sequenom and Michigan State University. Arwin holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics and Human Biology from Michigan State University.
