Chaitanya Mokashi

Chaitanya Mokashi is a skilled computational scientist currently working at Altos Labs since August 2022, where responsibilities include advancing computational methodologies. Prior experience includes a role as a Computational Scientist I at Altos Labs and a graduate student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine from September 2016 to July 2022. Chaitanya also completed a Quantitative Systems Pharmacology internship at GSK in late 2020 and held positions as an invited student at the National Centre for Biological Sciences and as an intern at Mahindra & Mahindra in 2013. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Computational Biology from both the University of Pittsburgh and Carnegie Mellon University, earned between 2016 and 2022, as well as a Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay from 2011 to 2015.
