Fei Yi

Fei Yi is a seasoned professional in drug discovery and cell therapy, currently serving as the Director of In vitro Pharmacology at Altos Labs, focusing on developing new medicines for cell rejuvenation. Previously, Fei held prominent roles at Ambys Medicines, including Director and Associate Director of Cell Therapy/Cell Engineering, where responsibilities included overseeing research, strategy, and project timelines in preclinical settings. Fei's earlier experience includes contributions as a Scientist at Denali Therapeutics, investigating genetic pathways in neurodegenerative disorders, and various postdoctoral positions at Stanford University and the Salk Institute. Fei earned a Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics from the University of Illinois at Chicago and a B.S. in Biotechnology from Sun Yat-sen University.
