Yuewen Zheng

Yuewen (Winnie) Zheng is a Senior Bioinformatics Engineer at Altos Labs, specializing in the development and enhancement of bioinformatics pipelines through nf-core since September 2022. Prior experience includes roles as a Bioinformatics Scientist at Burning Rock Dx, where data analysis for NGS pipelines was a primary focus, and as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Georgia Tech School of Biological Science, which involved constructing a database for genomic data. Additional experience encompasses undergraduate research positions at the University of California, involving projects in high-throughput data analysis and influenza research. Yuewen holds a Master of Science in Bioinformatics from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from UC Irvine.
