Prashant Gangwal

Prashant Gangwal has extensive experience in finance and compliance, starting their career as an Associate at Mellott & Mellott, P.L.L in 2003. Prashant then moved on to Deloitte, where they worked as an Audit Senior Manager for over a decade. Gangwal transitioned to the startup world, serving as Director of Finance at SharesPost before becoming Chief Financial Officer at multiple companies, including Sharespost 100 fund, NewView Capital, and currently, Altos Ventures.

Prashant Gangwal earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Madras in 1999. Prashant then went on to complete a Master of Commerce degree in Accounting and Business/Management at the University of Madras in 2002. Finally, they obtained a Master of Accountancy degree in Accountancy from Miami University in 2003.
