Matthew McLean

Matthew McLean has extensive experience in the lending and banking sector, currently serving as the Lending Center Manager at Altra Federal Credit Union since May 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing lending initiatives and managing a team of lenders. Prior to this role, Matthew worked at Marine Credit Union from August 2011 to April 2020 in various capacities, including Community Banking Development Manager, where Matthew led the Centralized Lending Department and facilitated remote member assistance. Previous roles include Branch Manager, Associate Branch Manager, and several positions focused on consumer lending and operations. Matthew began their career in the administrative field as an Office Assistant at the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay from February 2008 to August 2011. Matthew holds two Bachelor of Arts degrees in History from the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay, earned between 2006 and 2011.
