Al Mason

Al Mason has a diverse work experience starting as a Co-op Engineer at Piedmont Airlines in 1985. Al later worked as an Engineer at Bihrle Applied Research Inc from 1988 to 1990. Moving onto Goodrich Corporation, where they held the role of Corporate Director - CI from 1999 to 2005. Subsequently, at Kaydon Corporation, they served as Corporate Manager - Continuous Improvement for a brief period in 2005. Al then joined Altra Industrial Motion, first as Corporate Director - ABS from 2005 to 2011, and later as Vice President - Operational Excellence from 2011.

Al Mason completed their high school education at RJ Reynolds High School from 1981 to 1983. Al then went on to North Carolina State University where they studied Aerospace Engineering and earned a Bachelor of Science degree from 1983 to 1988. Finally, they pursued their MBA at Duke University from 1990 to 1992.
