J Sonia Edwards, MS, PHR, currently serves as Manager of Human Resources at Regal Rexnord since March 2023 and has held the position of Human Resources Manager at Altra Industrial Motion since May 2019, where responsibilities include organization planning, performance management, recruiting, and associate relations. As the Founder of The Human Resource Solution, since October 2015, J Sonia Edwards provides coaching and training to enhance HR competencies within Caribbean organizations. Previous experience includes HR Administration at Drexel University and Senior Human Resources Manager at the St. Christopher & Nevis Social Security Board. J Sonia Edwards holds a Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Drexel University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University, a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish & Secondary Education from Gordon College, and a Certificate in Public Administration from The University of the West Indies Cave Hill Campus.
