Darrel Inman

Darrel Inman is currently serving as the Lead Commissioning Engineer at Altrad Babcock since January 2024. Prior to this role, Darrel worked as the Mechanical Engineering Manager at Holmen Iggesund from May 2022 to January 2024, leading a mechanical team and focusing on process improvements within Workington Mill. Darrel's experience includes positions as a Mechanical Engineer and Assistant Mechanical Engineer at PX Group from March 2018 to May 2022, where responsibilities included pipework integrity management and corrosion control at a major power station. Earlier roles encompassed mechanical engineering training, facilities management, and gas turbine maintenance and testing with various companies, including Scubafish, Volvo Aero, and the Royal Air Force. Darrel holds a BEng (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Teesside University, along with several technical qualifications in engineering and assessment.
