Anders Kristiansen has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management. Anders currently works as the Head of Procurement at ALTRAD, focusing on equipment, fabrications, and services for offshore jobs in the Danish oil sector. Anders is responsible for building a base of suppliers with a proven track record in offshore work. Before joining ALTRAD, Anders worked as the Group Supply Chain Manager at RIIS, where they coordinated and improved supplier agreements, claims, decentralized warehouses, and production/assembly setup. Anders also served as a Strategic Sourcing Executive at VIKING Life-Saving Equipment A/S, where they were responsible for sourcing and contracting on strategic and complex items and managing indirect spend optimization. Prior to that, they held positions at ECCO Shoes, Lidl Danmark K/S, MKAT, Fipotex, and Apollo Rejser/Alletiders Rejser, where they gained experience in strategic purchasing, sourcing, negotiations, and contract closures.

Anders Kristiansen has a diverse education history. In 1994, they completed their high school education at HTX Esbjerg. Anders then attended Esbjerg Handelsskole from 1997 to 1999, where they obtained a degree in marketing. From 2004 to 2005, they studied at Syddansk Universitet/University of Southern Denmark, focusing on logistics, materials, and supply chain management. From 2007 to 2008, they pursued management, DISC, leadership, goals, and other related topics. In 2013, they attended the University of Southern Denmark and completed a degree in HD - Supply Chain Management, focusing on supply chain design, costing, and analytics. In 2017, they studied strategic procurement and sourcing at Aalborg University, and in 2018, they pursued a mini MBA in sustainability administration at Aros Business Academy. Anders also completed courses in supplier relations and stakeholder management and negotiation techniques and models at Dilf in 2018.
