Itama-Masodje Magdalene ACIPM, HRPL, currently serves as Human Resources Manager at ALTRAD since November 2022. Magdalene has extensive experience in human resources roles, previously working as a Human Resources Generalist and Business Development/Local Content Executive at Associated Gas and Oil Company Limited from January 2014 to January 2023. Responsibilities included recruitment, personnel documentation, competency appraisal, and alignment with finance for reporting purposes. Magdalene also held a Crewing Supervisor position at Associated Gas and Oil Company Ltd. Nigeria, overseeing recruitment and employee relations from September 2013 to December 2014, and has a background in business and concept development at Christian Fellowship International from 2007 to 2011.
