Alexa Healey

Alexa Healey is an experienced account manager currently serving in the Luxury division for North America at Altrata since September 2020. With a background in enhancing client experience and managing high-profile relationships, Healey contributes to Altrata’s extensive offerings that provide intelligence on influential figures. Previously, Healey worked as a Community Lead at WeWork, fostering member engagement and executing over 300 events while significantly improving the building's net promoter score. Earlier roles in customer experience, including positions at Helix Sleep and Mouth, as well as internships at various organizations such as M&T Bank and Gramercy Park Hotel, solidified Healey's skills in client service and operational management. Alexa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bucknell University, completed in 2016.
