Jessica Dore

Jessica Dore has extensive experience in human resources, with their most recent position being the Human Resources Director at Altrata since May 2022. Jessica'sresponsibilities in this role include recruitment, payroll/benefits administration, employee engagement, conflict resolution, onboarding/training, and ATS/HRIS management and administration. Prior to Altrata, Jessica worked as the Human Resources Director at Euromoney Institutional Investor from November 2021 to May 2022. Before that, they held various HR and operations roles at Wealth-X from October 2016 to November 2021, including HR and Operations Manager, Human Resources and Operations Coordinator, and Office Manager.

Jessica Dore studied Sculpture at the California College of the Arts. Jessica also attended Sacramento Charter High School for an unknown period of time. In 2021, they obtained a PhR degree in Human Resources Management and Services from HRCI. In 2020, they received a certification as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HRCI.
