Ibrahim Ayyoub is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the fields of customer service, consultancy, and information technology. As the Founder and CEO of Altria Call Center since March 2018, Ibrahim has integrated digital solutions into customer support across various sectors, including e-commerce and healthcare. Prior to this, Ibrahim founded City Services Consultancy, where innovation in government-citizen interactions was spearheaded, and established the first private call center in the UAE for government outsourcing. Ibrahim's career also includes key roles at Dubai Municipality as a Project Manager, where the first government customer service call center was initiated, and earlier positions at Oracle, Iridium, and the Ministry of Finance in Jordan, where foundational IT services were introduced. Ibrahim holds an Associate's degree in Computer Science from Yarmouk University.
