Emily Rodgers

Emily Rodgers is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong focus on compensation and leave management. Currently serving as a Compensation Manager at Altria since November 2012, Emily plays a key role in the development and implementation of compensation strategies, conducting extensive data analysis to guide business decisions. Previous roles at Altria include Leave of Absence Manager and Leave of Absence Analyst, where oversight of leave programs and stakeholder collaboration were essential. Emily's career also includes positions at CarMax, White County Medical Center, and Techead, providing comprehensive HR support and managing employee benefits and onboarding processes. A graduate of Harding University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Emily is also actively involved in community service with organizations such as the Boys and Girls Club of Richmond and Feed More Organization.
