Theresa Stewart

Theresa Stewart has extensive experience in regulatory and corporate affairs across multiple organizations. Currently serving in the Group Regulatory & Corporate Affairs role at Altron since May 2014, Theresa's responsibilities include overseeing corporate governance and B-BBEE while developing and implementing policies and internal business practices related to communications and stakeholder management. Prior to Altron, Theresa held the position of Executive: Corporate Shared Services at TWC, where duties involved corporate affairs, strategy development, and budget planning. Earlier experience at Altech involved ensuring compliance with regulatory licenses. Theresa holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal and is pursuing a Masters in ICT Policy Regulation and Management at the University of the Witwatersrand, along with a Management Advancement Program at Wits Business School.
